What We Do

Stitching That Survives the Wash

Embroidery is the finish people notice on a uniform long after the job is delivered. Thread has weight and texture that a print cannot copy, and on a polo, a cap or a jacket it reads as something a business invested in rather than something it ordered in a hurry.

We run the whole job under one roof in Suwanee. Your artwork gets digitized into a stitch file by someone who will also watch it run, which matters more than it sounds. A logo that looks clean on screen can pucker, fill in or lose a thin letter once a needle gets to it. Catching that at the digitizing stage is the difference between a uniform your team wants to wear and a box of shirts nobody touches.

We embroider on garments we supply and on goods you bring us. Companies send us their own jackets and bags all the time, and teams bring blanks they already bought. If you are not sure what garment suits the design, describe the project and we will help you source it.

Second time I’ve had my scrub tops embroidered with my business logo at Elite Sports, and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are reasonable too. I’m a happy customer and will definitely be returning.Google review

What We Stitch

Built for Bulk, Sized for Real Orders

Bulk pricing starts around a dozen pieces and improves as the count climbs. Mixed orders are welcome, so polos and caps can run on the same job.

Hats and Caps

Structured, unstructured, trucker, beanie and visor. Front, side and back placements. Richardson 112 and similar blanks are a shop favorite for a reason.

Polos and Button Downs

Left chest logos, sleeve marks and name personalization for staff, clinics, dealerships and front of house teams.

Jackets and Outerwear

Softshells, quarter zips, fleece and work coats. Heavier garments hold a dense stitch beautifully.

Bags and Accessories

Duffels, backpacks, totes and coolers. Popular for onboarding kits, tournaments and client gifts.

Workwear and Uniforms

Durable stitching on shop shirts, aprons and hi-vis, with name tags where you need them.

Customer Supplied Goods

Bring your own garments and we will stitch them. Common for companies standardizing an existing wardrobe.

How It Works

From Artwork to Delivered Order

Five steps, no mystery. Most jobs move from approved artwork to finished goods in about two weeks, and short notice work is worth a phone call.

  1. 1

    Send the Details

Tell us the garment, the quantity and the logo. A rough idea is enough to price it.

  2. 2

    We Quote It

You get a written quote with the garment, placement and per piece pricing spelled out.

  3. 3

    Digitizing

Your logo becomes a stitch file. We adjust density and underlay so small text stays readable.

  4. 4

    Sew Out and Approve

We stitch a sample on the actual garment so you see real thread before the run.

  5. 5

    Production and Pickup

The full run goes through, gets checked by hand, then ships or waits at the shop.

Pricing

What Embroidery Actually Costs

Embroidery is priced by stitch count rather than by color, which is the main way it differs from screen printing. A small left chest logo carries far fewer stitches than a large back design, so the same garment can land at very different price points depending on what goes on it.

Three things move the number. The garment you choose sets the floor, since a performance polo starts higher than a basic cap. The size and complexity of the design sets the stitch count. The quantity then pulls the per piece price down, with meaningful breaks as you move past a dozen, then past four dozen.

Digitizing is a one time setup for each logo. Once your file exists we keep it, so reorders skip that step entirely and cost less than the first run. Tell us what you have in mind and we will send a free written estimate with no obligation attached.

Common Questions

Embroidery Questions, Answered

What is the minimum order for embroidery?

There is no hard minimum and we do take one off jobs, but bulk pricing begins around a dozen pieces. Below that the setup makes up most of the cost, so small runs are priced individually. If you need a single item embroidered, call us and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it.

How long does embroidery take?

Most embroidery orders run about two weeks from approved artwork. Turnaround depends on the season and the size of the run. We regularly take short notice work, so if you have a deadline call us at (770) 622-7900 rather than assuming it cannot be done.

Can I bring my own garments?

Yes. Customers bring us jackets, bags, scrubs, work shirts and hats regularly, and companies often standardize an existing wardrobe this way. We will inspect the goods first, since some fabrics and linings behave differently under a needle.

Do you charge a digitizing fee?

Digitizing is a one time setup per logo. After that the file is stored and reorders of the same design skip the fee. If you already have a digitized file from another shop we can usually work from it.

What file should I send for my logo?

Vector artwork is ideal, so an AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. A high resolution PNG usually works too. If all you have is a photo of a business card, send it anyway and we will tell you what is workable.

Do you serve areas outside Suwanee?

Yes. We are based in Suwanee and work with businesses and teams throughout the Atlanta metro, including Lawrenceville, Johns Creek, Duluth, Buford, Alpharetta, Cumming and Snellville. We ship as well.

“Madison was super helpful, helping me select the style and fabric. After ordering a few test shirts, running them through the wash and dryer, the embroidery held up really well. So I ordered 32 more shirts for my team. They were well received.”

“Had a great experience with Elite. They were able to remove and replace my embroidery on a company bag after I switched companies and got the logo spot on. Will definitely be back to do business with them.”

Our embroidery machines sit in the same building where you would drop off a bag of jackets, which is the whole point. Chris and Calli opened Elite Sports in 2007 and we digitize, stitch and inspect every job ourselves rather than sending it out, so when something needs adjusting we can walk over and adjust it.
