What We Do

Prints That Hold Up After the Season

Screen printing is the right answer when you need quantity. Once the screens are burned, the cost per shirt drops fast, which is why a team order of two hundred tees prices very differently from a run of a dozen. If your project has real volume behind it, this is almost always the cheapest way to get it made well.

We print on our own floor in Suwanee. That matters for the small decisions that separate a good print from a flat one, like laying an extra hit of white under a bright color so it stays vivid on a dark garment instead of going dull after the first wash.

Teams, schools, churches, contractors and event organizers make up most of what we print. Some of it is uniforms, plenty of it is merchandise, and a fair amount is a rush job for something happening that weekend. We are used to all three.

What We Print

One Setup, Hundreds of Pieces

Volume pricing starts around a dozen pieces and gets materially better past 48 and again past 144. Mixed sizes cost nothing extra.

Custom T-Shirts

The core of what we do. Cotton, blends and performance fabrics in the full color range, printed front, back or sleeve.

Hoodies and Crewnecks

Heavyweight fleece for teams and staff. A print on fleece needs different handling and we account for it.

Long Sleeves

Popular for tournaments and fall events, with sleeve prints available alongside the main design.

Tote Bags

Event giveaways, conference swag and retail bags. Cheap per unit at volume and always useful.

Sweatpants and Joggers

Team issue and spirit wear, usually paired with a matching hoodie order.

Workwear and Safety

Company shirts and hi-vis printed to survive the job site rather than just the first wash.

How It Works

From Artwork to Boxed Order

Five steps. The only one that ever surprises people is the screen setup, and once you understand it the pricing makes sense.

  1. 1

    Send the Details

Garment, quantity, sizes and the design. Even a rough sketch is enough to price.

  2. 2

    We Quote It

A written quote showing the garment, ink colors and per piece price at your quantity.

  3. 3

    Artwork and Screens

We separate the design by color and burn a screen for each one. This is the setup cost.

  4. 4

    Proof and Approve

You approve the layout and placement before a single shirt runs.

  5. 5

    Print, Cure and Deliver

We print, cure the ink properly, count the order by hand, then ship or hold for pickup.

Pricing

How Screen Printing Is Priced

Two things drive the number. The first is the garment, since a basic cotton tee and a heavyweight hoodie start at very different places. The second is the number of colors in your design, because each color needs its own screen, and each screen takes time and materials to prepare.

That setup cost is why quantity matters so much here. A one color design on a hundred shirts spreads the setup across a hundred pieces. The same design on twelve carries the same setup across far fewer, so the per shirt price is noticeably higher. If you are close to a price break, we will tell you where it is instead of letting you miss it by four pieces.

Reorders of a design we have already printed are cheaper, since the artwork and separations already exist. Send us the garment, the quantity and the design and we will put real numbers in front of you for free.

Common Questions

Screen Printing Questions, Answered

What is the minimum for screen printing?

Volume pricing starts around a dozen pieces. We can print smaller runs, but below that the screen setup dominates the price and embroidery or heat transfer is often the better value. Ask us and we will point you to whichever is cheaper for your situation.

How much does adding colors cost?

Each color in the design requires its own screen, and each screen adds setup. A one color print is the most economical. If budget is tight we can often simplify a design to fewer colors without losing what makes it work.

How long will my order take?

Most screen printing orders run about two weeks from artwork approval. Rush work is frequently possible, and several of our Google reviews mention short notice jobs finished ahead of the deadline. Call (770) 622-7900 with your date.

Can you print on garments I supply?

Usually yes, though we will want to see them first. Some fabrics and coatings do not take plastisol ink well, and we would rather tell you that up front than ruin goods you paid for.

Do you print on dark shirts?

Constantly. Dark garments need an underbase, which is a layer of white laid down first so the colors on top stay bright. It is an extra step and we build it in rather than skipping it.

What areas do you serve?

We are in Suwanee and print for customers across metro Atlanta, including Lawrenceville, Duluth, Johns Creek, Buford, Alpharetta, Sugar Hill and Cumming, plus shipping further out.

★★★★★

“Love this embroidery and print store. The people who run it are really nice and helpful. Pricing is very good, more than just competitive. Turnaround time is good too, 3 to 4 business days most of the time, sometimes faster. I noticed that they are now screen printing t-shirts as well.”

The press runs in Suwanee, a short drive up from Duluth where we started back in 2007. Printing in our own building is why we can look at a proof, decide the white underbase needs another hit and simply do it rather than negotiating with a third party shop.
